If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the exchange or store credit of unworn, unwashed or defective Be Zazzy merchandise for up to 7 days after the delivery date. Refunds for merchandise exchanged within the eligible period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.
Merchandise must be exchanged with all original internal packing materials and containers with tags attached. Final sale items cannot be exchanged.
It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Be Zazzy when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Card exchange may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. Processing time can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing time, as we are unable to amend this.
